Return and Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Be free of any damage caused by the customer.

1.3 Certain items are non-returnable, such as:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Gift cards.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number.
  • Reason for return.
  • Photos of the product (if applicable).

2.2 Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label or further instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Return Shipping

3.1 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. 3.2 If we provide a prepaid return label, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise specified.

4. Refunds
